JOB SUMMARY
Oversees Marketing Communication Projects, focusing on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product strategies, and communication initiatives aimed at enhancing Direct to Consumer applications, upselling, retention, and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, execute, and sustain marketing strategies that align with both organizational and departmental goals, emphasizing customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Propose innovative solutions that facilitate demand generation, customer retention, and revenue enhancement.
- Supervise various launch strategies related to new offerings, products, and services, ensuring effective communication.
- Leverage all available marketing channels, including digital platforms, direct marketing, and media outreach.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of communication tactics, maintaining alignment with Spectrum's brand identity.
- Facilitate internal communication regarding projects to meet the needs of all organizational levels.
- Actively support initiatives aimed at simplifying and improving the customer experience.
- Review departmental materials and tactics to ensure compliance with company messaging and brand strategy.
- Generate recaps and analytical reports for all campaigns, assessing their success.
- Present marketing plans, status updates, and recaps to supervisors, leadership, and the Marketing team as required.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Approve project-related documents, purchase orders, and invoices as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Knowledgeable in marketing strategies and procedures, particularly in Direct to Consumer applications, upselling, retention, and engagement marketing channels. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Proficient in using personal computers and software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets). Capable of creating plans, timelines, expense forecasts, and process flowcharts.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with cable television products and services.
Preferred Experience:
3 years of experience in the CATV industry.
