About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Teaching Assistant to join our Education team at Sheridan School. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher to support students with their learning and behavior, while establishing positive relationships with pupils and acting as a role model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students with their work and provide individual support as needed
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
