As a Precision Product Specialist, your role will focus on enhancing sales and facilitating the installation of advanced Construction and Agriculture Technology Systems, while also providing essential technical support post-sale.

Compensation

The annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, complemented by a commission structure.

Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with correction signals in Construction and Agriculture Technology Systems
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant positions
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficient conflict resolution skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to manage confidential information
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driving record
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exemplary demonstration experiences that reflect Monroe Tractor's core values
  • Act as a precision product authority for both new and existing clients
  • Ensure a superior delivery experience for all machinery
  • Engage with clients to assess their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct training sessions on Construction Technology Systems
  • Collaborate with stores and manufacturers to resolve system-related issues
  • Provide technical services and installation for vehicles and equipment
  • Perform test drives and execute necessary repairs
  • Participate in training and stay informed on technical updates
  • Work towards meeting production goals
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned
