Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify medical health benefits and eligibility.
  • Submit pre-authorization requests for ABA, SLP, and OT services.
  • Prepare credentialing applications for insurance providers.
  • Provide demographic information to insurance companies.
  • Post and reconcile payments within our Practice Management System.
  • Audit Accounts Receivables.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with insurance companies.
  • Monitor claims status and follow up as necessary.
  • Bill clients for Patient Responsibility and reconcile payments.
  • Document detailed notes and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform data entry and categorization tasks.
  • Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

  • A Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; the field of study is flexible.
  • Compassionate nature with a high emotional intelligence, particularly in customer service and patient interactions.
