Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medical health benefits and eligibility.
- Submit pre-authorization requests for ABA, SLP, and OT services.
- Prepare credentialing applications for insurance providers.
- Provide demographic information to insurance companies.
- Post and reconcile payments within our Practice Management System.
- Audit Accounts Receivables.
- Conduct follow-up communications with insurance companies.
- Monitor claims status and follow up as necessary.
- Bill clients for Patient Responsibility and reconcile payments.
- Document detailed notes and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data entry and categorization tasks.
- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

- A Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; the field of study is flexible.
- Compassionate nature with a high emotional intelligence, particularly in customer service and patient interactions.
