Our MicroArtists possess the surgical precision of a plastic surgeon, the compassion of a therapist, and the artistic flair of a fine artist. No prior experience in permanent makeup, tattooing, or microblading is required as we provide thorough training.

COMPENSATION: $20-25 per hour base pay plus commissions and bonuses, allowing for earnings exceeding $100K annually, with opportunities for advancement.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer MicroArt semi-permanent makeup applications as an artist/technician (post-training)
  • Conduct client consultations, both in-person and via phone; manage client scheduling
  • Perform administrative duties: documenting client notes, managing calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and handling documentation for clients

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Background in aspects of the aesthetic medical or beauty sector
  • Minimum of 5 years of consistent, full-time work experience with references
  • High reliability, attention to detail, and accuracy in work
  • Proficient in managing a diverse range of challenging clients and high-pressure situations
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Experience in a setting that demands precision and excellence
  • Ability to adhere to established protocols and systems
