  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential.
  • Basic Life Support certification from an accredited provider.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing evidence-based treatments and conducting assessments.
  • Knowledge of documentation standards according to national accreditation guidelines.
  • Experience in a primary care setting or with addiction services.
