    • Reports may encompass internal metrics, Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA) data, and performance indicators established by higher management to drive improvements.
  • Convert verbal descriptions of processes into visual diagrams or other graphical formats to facilitate the identification of enhancements.
  • Establish measurable metrics to illustrate trends in process improvements over time and report on advancements.
  • Understand and address the needs of information end-users, ensuring organized content is easily accessible through platforms like SharePoint.
  • Track the utilization of knowledge management resources, evaluating their effectiveness and managing related initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and management within the organization.
  • Oversee the classification, indexing, storage, and accessibility of all organizational knowledge, including various document types.
  • Design and sustain a comprehensive knowledge management framework, promoting knowledge sharing through operational processes and systems.
  • Examples of knowledge to be managed include, but are not limited to: annual and quarterly FISMA artifacts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical standard operating procedures (TSOPs), Knowledge Base (KB) articles, concept of operations documents, quarterly performance metrics, internal and external SharePoint pages, inter-divisional product sharing, onboarding/training materials, etc.
  • Exhibit a proactive mindset, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to enhancing processes, knowledge management, and project management within the organization.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 7 years of experience, or a High School diploma with a minimum of 13 years of experience.
  • Possession of an active PMP certification, or the capability to obtain PMP certification within 6 months of employment.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, knowledge management, and project management.
  • Experience in cybersecurity organizations is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive in approach.
  • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance and the ability to secure a final Top Secret clearance.
Preferred:
  • Certifications in ITIL, Agile methodologies, and cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, CISSP, etc.) are preferred.
