Main Event - Lubbock is seeking a skilled and organized Host/Hostess to manage the front of house operations.

Job Description:

As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them according to server availability, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will also be expected to communicate with the manager regarding guest concerns and manage the wait list effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones within two rings and use proper telephone etiquette
  • Accept and organize reservations, prioritizing them to accommodate guests
  • Prepare seating assignments prior to service
  • Help fellow team members when needed
  • Uphold company procedures and maintain the front area
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience.
