Clinical Placement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team at Covenant Health Careers in Lubbock, TX. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Clinical Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for assessing and determining the clinical placement needs of acute care patients. You will work collaboratively with nursing, medical staff, and bed control/admitting teams to ensure safe and effective patient care. Your primary goal is to coordinate patient flow, facilitate bed placement, and reconcile census data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient clinical status and determining necessary services
  • Coordinating with nursing, medical staff, and bed control/admitting teams
  • Facilitating bed placement and reconciling census data
