Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Engineer to join our Process Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining measurement equipment across our Structural Heart franchise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement measurement systems for metal frames, tissue, and catheters
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement equipment meets regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and measurement technology advancements
  • Provide technical support and training to engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Perform calibration and maintenance of equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering with metrology focus
  • Familiarity with writing software for measurement
  • Working knowledge of calibration techniques
  • Statistical analysis methods and proficiency with Minitab or JMP
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma
  • Medical device experience
