Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Room Maintenance Specialist to clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for those who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
  2. Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients
  3. Respond to guest complaints, special requests, and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous background from the extended stay industry preferred
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical abilities are preferred
  • Frequently carrying, lifting, or pulling items weighing up to 75 pounds

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26.50 - $27.50, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation and sick days, and Sonesta Hotel Discounts.
