About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Building Engineer to join our team at Building Maintenance Systems, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing building operations, customer service, and community enhancement in our residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out building and systems inspections to identify areas for improvement and make necessary modifications
  • Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance requests to ensure our buildings run smoothly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with vendors to complete contracted work orders and meet expectations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and evaluations to inform future building maintenance operations
  • IDentify and procure necessary parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
