The Front Desk Associate is tasked with ensuring the security of the entrance and providing assistance with member inquiries and gym policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet each member and guest with enthusiasm, using the appropriate greeting for the time of day to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check in members efficiently using established procedures.
- Register guests following the proper protocols.
- Conduct tours for new guests and provide information regarding membership options.
- Assist guests in acquiring new memberships.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner, utilizing correct greeting techniques.
- Handle retail and concession transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Perform closing duties and general cleaning tasks.
