Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Child Development Specialist to join our team in Lawrence, MA.

Job Summary

This full-time position involves working onsite with students ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade, providing essential psychological services to support their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies and education plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop strategies for supporting students' academic and social success.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child psychology and experience working with students in Pre-K to 8th grade. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a school setting.

Requirements:
  • Valid Massachusetts license as a School Psychologist from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
  • Masters degree or equivalent in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
  • Experience working with students in Pre-K to 8th grade is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar positions in Lawrence, MA.
