We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Educator and Family Support Specialist to join our team at JRI Inc.

Job SummaryThis role involves working with families from prenatal to kindergarten age to increase their knowledge of early childhood development and improve parenting practices. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with our staff to deliver structured curricula, conduct family-centered assessments, and provide home visiting/parent education services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver in-person or telehealth-style visits to eligible parents, providing guidance on parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family well-being.
- Participate in group support services, serving as a role model and offering support and encouragement to parents and their families.
- Serve as a liaison between families and community resources, helping them access essential services.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
