Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) with a commitment to obtain LICSW within four years
  • Minimum three years of experience in hospital social work or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
