We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Insight Global Healthcare in Spokane, WA.
This is a hybrid role that combines clinical and administrative responsibilities, providing services to participants in a manner that is consistent with the mission and core values of the client.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work (MSW) and be licensed/associated in Washington State (LCSW/LICSW/LASW/LSWAIC).
Responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group counseling, interacting with other team members, and assisting participants to address social issues.
Based on comprehensive assessments, the Social Worker will provide perspective on the social, emotional, cognitive, and ethnic factors that impact the creation of an individualized integrated plan of care.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
