We are seeking a skilled Commercial Fire and Security Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a critical member of our team, you will work onsite with our commercial customers to set up and program their Integrated Security fire and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and program Integrated Security fire and security systems
  • Dismantle and reconstruct equipment as required
  • Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage to property
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Read blueprints and schematic drawings
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Manage installation teams on larger projects

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some technical school training is a plus
  • 3+ years electrical and electronic equipment experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
