  • Daily Maintenance and Quality Control: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the press, following established procedures to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Print Quality and Optimization: Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality, optimize productivity, and minimize waste.
  • Job Setup and Execution: Ensure jobs are properly set up for quality and productivity, catching errors at the earliest possible stage.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with sales, customer service representatives, and other team members to ensure smooth production and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Good technical and computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to use common hand tools.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Analytical approach to problem-solving, ability to conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality and performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented for quality control purposes, with excellent visual discrimination and grasp of color theory.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions thoroughly, work independently and with a team, and train other operators.
Preferred Skills
  • Press Skills: Experience with digital presses, knowledge of pre-press and Adobe software.
  • Color Printing Background: Understanding of color printing principles and finishing processes.
