Job Summary

Westrock is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, maintaining, and operating a flexographic press to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and adjust the flexographic press to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct make-ready procedures, including installing anilox rollers, plates, inks, and dies
  • Clean and lubricate the press to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Make minor adjustments to the press as needed to ensure optimal performance
  • Deliver finished products to the manufacturing areas as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with flexographic printing and press operation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
