We are currently in search of a dedicated and ambitious Inventory Management professional to enhance our dynamic team.
Your Role:
As a vital member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the successful execution of our operations, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
This full-time position offers an engaging work environment.
Compensation: The salary range is $20-$25/hr based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain and procurement processes for our warehouse and service vehicles.
- Track inventory levels and trends to guarantee adequate stock for customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with various teams, including sales and operations, to synchronize inventory with business goals.
- Manage purchase orders and handle requisitions efficiently.
- Formulate, implement, and supervise purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance.
- Evaluate, manage, and reconcile inventory levels while assessing inventory performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or warehousing.
- Background in wholesale distribution is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of processing complex information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in handling intricate data.
- Experience with product cycle counting.
- Attention to detail, a focus on deadlines, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills for addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer and phone usage.
- Preferred experience in managing vendor relationships.
Position Requirements:
Location: Caldwell, Idaho
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday
License: A valid driver's license is required.
Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary for inventory management at other locations.
Pre-employment Conditions:
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including extensive lifting, twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
- Passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past five years is mandatory.
