Job Title: Procurement Expert

Location: Boise, Idaho

Compensation: Flexible salary depending on experience + bonus + relocation package.

Summary

As a Procurement Expert, you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies to meet project and business objectives. Collaborating closely with the Construction, Project, and Design Managers, you'll drive procurement activities from supplier selection to contract execution, ensuring alignment with cost, timing, and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the procurement plan, from supplier identification to contract negotiation and purchase order creation.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RF(x) administration, supplier pre-qualification, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with peers in construction, engineering, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize risks and achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Procurement or Sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement within manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, high-tech, or construction environments.
  • Familiarity with project-based work in construction or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills are a plus.
