Job SummaryThe Trauma PI Coordinator RN is a key member of our team, responsible for the clinical activities of the Trauma Program. This role ensures the efficiency of the program by coordinating the clinical aspects of trauma care, facilitating an interdisciplinary approach, and participating in data collection and performance improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical activities of the Trauma Program
- Ensure program efficiency through clinical coordination and data collection
- Facilitate interdisciplinary approach to trauma care
- Lead performance improvement efforts through concurrent patient review and project management
- Maintain knowledge and skills necessary for trauma patient care
- 5 years of nursing experience in a related area
- 3 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department or Trauma setting
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Nurse licensure required; Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications required within 1 year of hire
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; no weekend requirements or call shifts
