A reputable Public Accounting firm in Quincy, MA is seeking an Accountant to join their small, cohesive team. As a key member, you will gain direct professional mentorship from the firm's Founder and have exposure to all aspects of business, with a focus on tax accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Individual and Corporate tax returns
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents
  • Review reports as needed with the Partner

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in tax accounting or 3-5 years in corporate accounting
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with tax software, ideally Prosystems fx Tax
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency working directly with clients
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and other reports
  • CPA or CPA track
