Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance services, utilizing expertise and knowledge to drive results.
  • Gain experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers, and systems, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Support multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress effectively.
  • Expand industry knowledge through exposure to peers, clients, and formal training opportunities, staying current with industry trends.
  • Complete research and special projects as needed, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and CLA colleagues on a regular basis, building strong relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong preference for those with a degree in Accounting.
  • Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam, meeting state requirements.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products, with reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Benefits
