Acts in a consultative role with other internal departments.
Coordinates safety considerations in operations and engineering across the organization, with clients and other entities related to operations and product design.Maintains a comprehensive knowledge base about safety in alignment with specialization and expertise in one or more EH&S disciplines, including:
Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Safety, Facilities/Industrial Safety, Product Safety, Lab Safety, and Sustainability.
Develops skills to report and communicate safety-related status and issues to the EH&S team and business units.
Implements targeted, effective programs to address customer concerns and complaints regarding safety integrated into new products, ensuring compliance with safety standards at the time of shipment.

Investigates incidents and recommends corrective action plans. May collaborate with clients on code compliance matters.Oversees third-party Product Safety tool assessments and drives corrective actions within various internal departments.
May develop and implement Product Safety training programs for operations and exposures.
Evaluates and specifies work methods, design requirements, procedures, and policies. Collects EH&S data and assesses outcomes. Administers EH&S safety training programs.
May investigate incidents or accidents and analyze relevant data.
Participates in compliance assessments of products, programs, and facilities according to corporate and regulatory requirements. Investigates incidents and specifies corrective actions. Proficient in using 8D, FMEA, PHA, and other investigation and assessment methodologies.
Possesses a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, codes, and standards in their EH&S discipline. Evaluates and specifies work methods, design requirements, procedures, and policies.
Other Requirements:
This role may necessitate prolonged periods of standing, walking, working in confined spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to differentiate colors, and working in environments with potentially challenging noise levels for individuals sensitive to sound. The use of hand and power tools may also be required.
Furthermore, this position may involve working in a clean room, necessitating the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

S Salary Range:
$112,000 - $154,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
