Job Title: Medical Assistant Instructor

At S.U.C.C.E.S.S., we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team. As a faculty member, you will play a vital role in educating students in our short-term and professional programs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to teach and implement our curriculum, as assigned by the Campus Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and assigning student activities, maintaining records of student progress, and preparing and administering written and practical examinations.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and implement the total curriculum, as assigned by the Campus Director.
  • Plan and assign student activities in the classroom and/or clinical settings.
  • Maintain records of student progress and performance, attendance, and grades.
  • Prepare, administer, and grade written and practical examinations during the course of study.
  • Devises written lesson plans and implements them through lecture, demonstration, discussion, etc.
  • Discusses with students their concerns and/or problems directly or indirectly related to the learning experience.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled meetings with the Program Director or her designee.
  • Is responsible to assist the student to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the healthcare profession.
  • Participates in the selection and preparation of instructional materials.
  • Provides a professional role model for students.
Requirements and Education:
