We are currently seeking a Full-Time Accounting Manager to join our finance team.

Responsibilities of the Role Include:

  • Collaborating with the finance leadership to maintain an accurate accounting framework, ensuring proper documentation and safeguarding of assets in line with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Overseeing and guiding the billing, accounts payable, and payroll teams in their daily operations.
  • Preparing monthly internal financial reports, including supporting documentation for review by senior management.
  • Regularly reviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assisting in the formulation of annual budgets based on historical and projected financial data.
  • Representing the finance department in organizational meetings as necessary.
  • Managing and mentoring finance department staff to promote their professional development.
  • Evaluating daily operations for efficiency and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Coordinating with external auditors for annual financial audits and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Working with Human Resources on audits related to employee benefits.
  • Providing regular financial updates to administration, including budget preparation and reporting.
  • Assisting with the preparation of cost reimbursement and government agency reports as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant fiscal laws and regulations.
  • Supporting the finance department in the development of automated accounting systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Participating in special projects as needed.
  • Performing additional finance-related tasks as assigned.
