The Opportunity

Our Sales Team is the backbone of our organization, driving our continued growth and success. As an Account Executive, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our customers, understanding their unique marketing needs and positioning our portfolio of solution offerings. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business while maintaining consultative relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of ISMG's offerings and the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach via cold-call, email, and networking tactics.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance outcomes within schedule.
  • Implement and execute ISMG's integrated sales cycle, including lead generation, sales development, lead qualification, solution presentation, quoting, pricing, negotiation, closing, order fulfillment, and post-sale support.
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B professional sales experience.
  • Experience targeting executive decision-makers within media, marketing, branding, or research/content divisions.
  • Formal training in a sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Selling, or Sandler.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish productive professional business relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM practices.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-level presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Outstanding time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply feedback to improve performance.
  • A solution-oriented and results-driven mindset with a desire to make a true impact.
