We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from healthcare facilities to transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise on civil engineering projects
  • Develop and implement design procedures to ensure high-quality, cost-effective work
  • Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables
  • Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort estimates for projects
  • Perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings
  • Prepare technical specification sections
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering budgets and schedules
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site/civil design projects
  • Experience preparing calculations and design documents (reports, plans, specifications)
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in civil engineering and building development projects
  • PE license in Civil Engineering
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, Arc GIS, and Hydrologic/Hydraulic models
  • Experience with permitting site/land development projects
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and organizing tasks and teams in a deadline-intensive environment
