Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
