Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive and technical teams, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and providing administrative support to our executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of team travel, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring travel itineraries are optimized for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and vendors, handling travel inquiries, providing timely updates, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently.
