Job Title: Supervisor Telecom

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Telecom to join our team at Triple-D. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the success of our FTTH projects.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor Telecom will be responsible for providing direct supervision and coordination for a FTTH project team. This includes assisting with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term FTTH strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
  • Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • Supervise staff to ensure the organization's FTTH activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
