About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aide to join our team at The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community. As a Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed staff.
  • Escort residents within the building and outside, as needed, to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleanup, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in planning and executing activities for residents, promoting socialization and engagement.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Preferred experience in nursing, senior living, home health, or similar fields.
