Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Covenant Health. As a key member of our administrative practice operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and family members, both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to medical staff and providers
  • Manage daily office payments and charges
  • Perform billing functions and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical career field with knowledge of medical terminology required
  • Two years of medical customer service training and experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer software applications, including Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
