- Data Analysis: Export and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform practice transformation strategies.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with practice teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance practice efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Effectively communicate practice transformation progress and challenges to stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and lessons learned with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in medical practice management or a related field.
- Location: Must be based in North Carolina and able to travel 2-3 times a week to practices in northeast and central North Carolina.
- Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Software: Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $70,000-$80,000 base salary + bonuses.
