Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of practice transformation plans, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to drive practice transformation.
  • Data Analysis: Export and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform practice transformation strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with practice teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance practice efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Location: Must be based in North Carolina and able to travel 2-3 times a week to practices in northeast and central North Carolina.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Software: Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
