Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Nirvana Health & Wellness. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting good oral health.
Responsibilities:
* Examine patients' medical records to identify potential dental issues
* Prepare patients for treatment, including applying oral sedation or anesthesia as needed
* Conduct thorough examinations of teeth, gums, and other mouth structures to diagnose dental problems
* Clean teeth and remove plaque to prevent decay and gum disease
* Design and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and dentures
* Apply teeth-whitening treatments to enhance patients' smiles
* Conduct tooth extractions and root canal procedures as necessary
* Perform surgeries on diseased tissues and bones
* Prescribe medication as needed to manage pain and inflammation
* Educate patients on proper brushing techniques, flossing, and fluoride use to promote good oral health
Requirements:
* Work experience as a Dental Care Specialist
* In-depth understanding of dental hygiene and oral health principles
* Experience with dental equipment and tools
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or similar degree that gives license to practice the dentist profession
