Role Overview:
The primary objective of the Residential Sales Advisor is to facilitate and oversee the home purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless closing process that results in satisfied and delighted customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market, process, and finalize home sales in alignment with company objectives, aiming to create delighted customers.
- Complete the mandatory Lennar Success University (LSU) Training Suites within the first month of employment.
- Engage in division phone banks and community events as required.
- Follow the company's sales philosophy while assisting homebuyers and real estate agents, utilizing provided sales and organizational tools.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through to post-closing, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.
- Travel within the local area to generate sales through realtor partnerships, referrals, and personal outreach.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including products, locations, and demographics.
- Track daily customer traffic using designated company tools.
- Regularly document data and prepare timely reports for the company.
- Participate in homeowner orientations and assist customers with builder option selections as needed.
- Engage in neighborhood marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure the upkeep of Welcome Home Centers and models.
- Attend sales meetings to discuss neighborhood performance and strategies.
- Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork to ensure timely escrow closures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in the homebuilding sector.
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Possession of a valid real estate license is mandatory.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding of real estate laws is necessary.
- Familiarity with construction, mortgage, finance, and escrow processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are required.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of achieving goals independently.
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and real estate professionals.
- Maintain operational hours for the Welcome Home Center.
- Adhere to supervisory directives and workplace protocols.
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Commitment to personal development in sales and digital skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and social media engagement.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and receptiveness to feedback.

Compensation & Benefits Overview:
We anticipate the base compensation for this position to start at an hourly rate of $23, subject to adjustments based on qualifications, geographical factors, and operational considerations. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package in accordance with company policies.
