- Work with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure the solutions meet their expectations and deliver value.
- Lead Technology Strategy Discussions: Lead and participate in technology strategy discussions, bringing your expertise in Solution Architecture, Software Development, Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, and AWS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Development, Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, and AWS.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions in a complex business environment.
- Strong Understanding of SDLC Methodologies: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire team members.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications in AWS, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture will be an added advantage.
- Ability to Stay Updated with Technology Trends: Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and incorporate this knowledge into your work.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
