About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at AHEAD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales, delivery, and solution engineering peers to achieve customer success through thought leadership and awareness.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions.
  • Architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate live to customers and prospects the ServiceNow platform, highlighting its features and functionality.
  • Conduct business process and/or technical workshops, including enablement sessions.
  • Interact with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader on solutioning on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Interface with customers, sales, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a solution/sales engineer or consultant for a software company.
  • Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
  • ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification and/or working knowledge of ITIL concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Passion for problem-solving to solution selling.
  • Knowledge of web development or mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts, and project management – preferably using Agile Development Methodologies.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner.
  • Deep insight into technical architectures, IT products, and product positioning.
  • ServiceNow certifications and accreditations are strongly desired.
