Child Support Case Processing Analyst Position

As a key member of the Judicial Actions 1 Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support for child support cases. Your duties will include:
- Initiating and responding to requests from various stakeholders
- Coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve case issues
- Researching and analyzing case data to determine next steps
- Providing assistance to customers and interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and business partners

**Key Requirements**
- CURRENTLY EMPLOYED WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE IN THE CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM AS A REVENUE SPECIALIST II.
- NOT ACCEPTED A LATERAL TRANSFER WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (EXCLUDING HARSHIP LATERAL TRANSFERS).
**Benefits Package**
- A competitive salary range of $37,759.92 - $43,904.16 per annum
- Opportunity to work in a standard 8am - 5pm schedule, Monday through Friday
- Eligibility for part-time telework after completing required training and reaching an acceptable level of proficiency
- Benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, tuition waivers, paid sick and personal leave, paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, retirement savings, and vision and dental insurance
**Additional Information**
Please note that this position may be eligible for future vacancies within a period of up to six months. You will be required to undergo a National Level-2 criminal background check, which includes providing your fingerprints.
