Case Manager Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Case Manager Supervisor to oversee the performance of our team, ensuring that we provide exceptional care and services to vulnerable populations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a group of case managers, monitoring their work, and providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the work of case managers, ensuring that they meet agency contract goals and requirements.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of case managers.
- Conduct regular case reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Mentor and train new staff members, providing coaching and guidance to help them become effective case managers.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration, fostering open communication and mutual respect among staff members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a certified child welfare case manager in the Florida Dependency system.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human services field; Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of theories and practices of child protection, social work, and family assessments.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
