This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at our facility in Dallas, TX, for two days each week. We welcome applications from all candidates authorized to work without sponsorship now and in the future, as we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for intricate nuclear power plant systems, assessing potential vulnerabilities to various risks and hazards (e.g., seismic, fire, flooding).
  • Effectively lead project teams, ensuring technical execution aligns with schedule and financial goals.
  • Offer direct PRA support for daily plant operations and the implementation of PRA applications.
  • Identify and support strategic initiatives, develop product offerings, and target specific product markets.
  • Present technical subjects and engage with global clients and regulatory agencies.

Who You Are:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical).
  • Bring over 10 years of professional experience.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
  • Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in PRA Model development for nuclear facilities.
  • Possess knowledge of PWR reactor operations.
  • In addition to foundational Risk and Hazard skills, have a robust understanding of:
    • Internal/External Hazards PRAs
    • PRA Applications
    • Level 2 PRAs
    • Human Reliability Analysis (HRA)
    • Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs)
  • Exhibit proficiency with PRA software (CAFTA, RiskSpectrum).
  • Have experience with Peer Review processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Professional Engineer License is considered advantageous.
