Nuclear Power Plant Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a PRA Site Engineering Lead for Nuclear Plant Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for complex nuclear power plant systems, evaluating their potential vulnerability to various risk and hazard types.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PRA for complex nuclear power plant systems, evaluating their potential vulnerability to various risk and hazard types.
- Lead project teams effectively, contributing to the technical execution, schedule, and financial objectives.
- Provide direct PRA support for day-to-day plant operations and PRA applications implementation.
- Support and identify strategic initiatives, develop product offerings, and pursue target product markets.
- Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- At minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical).
- 10+ years professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of nuclear power plant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience with PRA Model development applied to nuclear plants.
- Knowledge of PWR reactor operations.
- Proficiency with PRA software (CAFTA, RiskSpectrum).
- Peer Review experience.
