Cassia is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide essential personal care and supportive services to our residents. As a vital member of our community, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of those we serve.
Responsibilities- Assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence through personal care and daily living activities.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and medication management.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by washing resident clothing, making beds, and performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided using our computerized charting system.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the supervising staff.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is preferred, but we offer training for those new to the field.
- CNA certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
We offer competitive pay rates, with starting wages of $16.57 per hour without NAR Certification and $17.76 per hour with NAR Certification. Our benefits package includes:
