Caregiver (HHA, PCA) Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (HHA, PCA) to join our team at Moose Lake Assisted Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and supportive services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with medication administration and other delegated nursing procedures.
- Document services performed on our computerized charting system.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you for this position.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Comfortable standing and walking most of the time.
- Must be 18 years or older.
