We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our NAS ACES team at Amazon. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Business Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of internal and selling partner experiences, including internal tooling trends and best practices for the internal stakeholders and selling partners.
  2. Create a Vision: Create a vision and prioritize opportunities to improve the selling partner experience.
  3. Build Business Requirements: Build business requirements for products, collaborate with engineering teams, and make decisions that ensure delivery to those requirements.
  4. Test and Iterate: Test and iterate on products to ensure product success and to define follow-on features, using business and adoption metrics to inform your perspectives.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience in Product Management: Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, feature delivery, and tradeoffs of a product.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product, managing technical products or online services, and using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  4. Leadership Skills: Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning, building and driving adoption of new tools.
