About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned quality inspection professional to fill the position of Technical Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aircraft systems, production components, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and Compliance: Schedule and conduct internal quality assurance compliance and special process surveillances to ensure internal, customer, industry, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Quality Enforcement: Enforce SNC's quality standards and requirements on all work performed, and provide quality assurance support, validation, and verification for upcoming aircraft modifications.
  • Communication: Establish clear communication within and between SNC's network to ensure consistency in training and Quality Assurance requirements.
  • Customer Relations: Assist in investigations of external and internal non-conformances and prepare investigation reports for management.
  • Reporting Requirements: Send all internal surveillance reports to management as required.
  • Safety: Implement and maintain the Aviation Safety Official responsibilities for the program.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 5 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and documents.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical wiring concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Products.
  • An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
  • Experience drafting work instructions and SOP's.
  • Experience with Network+, Security+, CCNA and/or A+.
  • Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or other measuring equipment.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS 9100 standards.
