Corporate Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Plymouth Rock Assurance. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify highly competitive candidates for key roles through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across different departments to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Results-oriented and driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
