We are currently in search of a motivated, solutions-oriented Civil Engineer with a focus on land development or municipal engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a technical foundation, demonstrate multitasking abilities, and be enthusiastic about engineering innovative and sustainable solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers with technical and civil engineering design tasks.
  • Conduct technical engineering work related to land development and/or water resources, including:
    • Stormwater management design
    • Site grading
    • Erosion and sediment control design
    • Preparation of plans for agency/municipal review
    • Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications
    • Participation in meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills, a willingness to learn through experience, self-motivation, and dedication to completing tasks.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire for professional growth and advancement as an engineer or technical designer.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 0-2 years of experience in land development civil-site engineering.
  • Familiarity with green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, ArcGIS preferred.
  • EIT preferred.
